Our dishes are Filipino-inspired family favorites prepared with French culinary technique. Products are sourced locally and produced in our kitchen at our heritage home. Prices are VAT inclusive and subject to a 10% service charge.
Our crowd-favorite: rice noodles in rich garlic butter sauce, topped with crab meat, tobiko, chicharon, and a soft egg.
Slow-braised beef with potatoes, carrots, and olives in rich tomato sauce, topped with cheese and served on heirloom silver.
Traditional oxtail stew in rich peanut sauce with string beans and banana blossom, served with bagoong.
